The first conversion date for the company's Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CCRPS) was the 31st December 2002.
Shareholders have elected to convert 63,193 CCRPSs to 315,965 ordinary shares, and a total gross dividend amount of $6,081 to 20,490 ordinary shares.
Those shareholders who have elected to convert their CCRPSs or dividend to ordinary shares will be entitled to subscribe for aditional ordinary shares at the rate of 1 share for every 5 held under the terms of the recent rights issue as described in the prospectus dated 15th November 2002, as if they had held the ordinary shares at the record date for determining entitlements. The closing date for the receipt of applications is the 24th January 2003.
There are 349,699 CCRPSs remaining to be converted or redeemed on the 31st December 2003.
